1. The Advertiser (and the Agency) shall ensure at all times that all advertising and related materials submitted shall not: -
   a. Contain false or unwarranted claims for any product or service
   b. Infringe copyright or any other rights or any person / film / song / firm and / or company
   c. Contain any defamatory statements
   d. Contain any material / information that has not been approved for broadcast by Media Development Authority of              Singapore
   e. Contain any material / information that has not been approved for broadcast by the Singapore Board of Film Censors.
   f. Contain any visuals or messages which are in breach of the law in Singapore
   g. Contain any visuals or messages that promote or condone any illegal, immoral or unethical activities.
   h. Contain any visuals or messages that are seen as condemning other countries or in any way detrimental to                       Singapore’s relationship with other countries.
   i. Contain any visuals or messages that attempt to disrupt harmony and stability within Singapore.
   j. Contain any visuals or messages that make use of religious practices to sell products and services, promote views or         beliefs or any race,culture or religion.

2. Advertisements must be honest, legal, decent and truthful. Should any advertisement breach the Code of Advertising Practice, the ASAS Council is empowered to take action on the advertisement. Actions include withholding advertisement space and/or time and adverse publicity.

3. The Advertiser and the Agency shall be jointly severally liable to indemnify and keep indemnified TBO in the event that any matter / materials / information provided by the Advertiser or the Agency results in TBO facing legal action, libel suits (or any other suit for that matter), settlements demands, damages, losses and expenses. This indemnification includes all costs involved including legal fees, any goods and services tax, any other tax concerned with the matter at hand and any other costs associated with the matter at hand.

4. Where advertisements that contain endorsements by professionals and / or public figures are concerned, the advertiser shall obtain prior consent from these professionals and / or public figures

5. Advertisements for social escort agencies, gambling activities, massage parlours and other establishments of a similar nature, will not be accepted by TBO.

6. Advertisements that have a reference towards religious beliefs, fortune telling, occult practices or geomancy will not be accepted.

7. Advertisements shall not use any testimonial to support a claim (whether in general or by an individual) that would be constituted as unacceptable or misleading
